In-Stock Items (U.S. Warehouse)

These items are available in our U.S. warehouse and ship domestically within the United States.

During this time, orders are prepared, inspected, and scheduled for shipment.

Delivery is handled by domestic carriers or freight services depending on the size of the item.

Made-to-Order Items

Many BizFurniz furniture pieces are made-to-order to ensure high-quality craftsmanship.

Processing Time

7–15 business days

During this period, your order undergoes production, quality inspection, and secure packaging before shipment.

Once production has started, made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation or modification. Otherwise, extra cancellation fees will apply.

Estimated Delivery Time

8–11 weeks

These products are manufactured after the order is placed and shipped internationally before final delivery in the United States.

Typical shipping stages may include:

  • International Sea Freight: 35–50 days
  • Final Local Delivery: 7–14 days

Customized items may take longer to deliver due to extra design and order confirmation time.

During this period, your order undergoes confirmation, production, quality inspection, and secure packaging before shipment.

Additional Cost

In addition to the cost listed above, additional charges may apply:

  • Delivery to remote areas
  • Stair access requirements
  • Special delivery conditions or restricted access locations
  • Sites with vehicle height limits below 3.3 meters
  • Locations inaccessible by standard delivery trucks
  • For large items, delivery is made via Front Door Delivery. White-glove service is available upon request at an additional cost

Shipping Locations

BizFurniz currently ships to addresses within the contiguous United States.

We do not currently ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • S. territories
  • O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses

For special requests outside these areas, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Method

Our standard delivery service is curbside delivery.

This means the carrier will typically deliver the item to the curb or building entrance at the shipping address.

Standard delivery does not include:

  • Inside delivery
  • Carrying items upstairs
  • Furniture assembly
  • Packaging removal

Important:

For large items, the driver may require assistance with unloading the item from the truck unless additional services have been arranged in advance.

Optional Delivery Services

Additional delivery services may be available depending on your location and the logistics provider, including:

  • Inside delivery
  • Stair or elevator delivery
  • Room placement
  • Furniture assembly
  • Packaging removal

Additional fees may apply for these services.

Extra charges may also apply for:

  • Remote delivery locations
  • Stair-only access
  • Limited or restricted vehicle access

Delivery Requirements

To ensure a smooth delivery:

  • A valid phone number is required when placing your order.
  • The carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
  • Someone may be available to receive the shipment.

If delivery cannot be completed due to missed appointments or unavailable recipients, re-delivery or storage fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility. We will confirm the amount with you before rescheduling.

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging or product:

  • Note the issue on the delivery receipt
  • Take photos of the packaging and item
  • Contact our support team within 24–48 hours after delivery

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may limit our ability to file a claim with the carrier.

Freight Delivery Notice

Many BizFurniz products are delivered through freight carriers due to their size and weight.

Freight carriers typically deliver items to the curb or building entrance only.

Customers are responsible for moving the items inside unless additional delivery services are arranged in advance.

Please ensure that your delivery location is accessible for large freight trucks.

Order Tracking

We will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the carrier updates it.

In some cases, updates may be delayed depending on the carrier.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24–48 hours and provide photos of the product and packaging.

If a package is lost during transit, please contact our support team and we will work with the shipping carrier to locate the shipment or arrange a solution.

Refused Deliveries

If a delivery is refused for reasons not related to damage or carrier error:

  • Return shipping costs may apply
  • Restocking fees may be deducted from your refund

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.

BizFurniz is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the item has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
