Do you offer custom or made-to-order furniture?

Yes. Some of our products support customization in size, color, configuration, and brand elements. If you are interested in customized furniture, please contact our customer support team before placing your order so we can confirm the available options and production timeline.

What materials are used in your furniture?

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

To ensure efficient delivery, we ship from warehouse facilities located on both the East Coast and West Coast of the United States.

How long will it take to receive my orders?

For in-stock items, delivery usually takes 7–14 days. For made-to-order furniture, production and delivery may take 8–11 weeks. Please note that the timeline may vary depending on the product and shipping destination.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can visit our "Track Order page" and enter your order number and email address to track your order.

Do you ship overseas?

Currently, we primarily serve customers within the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., please contact our customer service team for more details.

What happens if my package is lost during shipping?

If your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help you settle it promptly.

Assembly & Installation

Does the furniture require assembly?

It depends on the product. Some items arrive fully assembled and ready to use, while others require assembly. For products that require assembly, all necessary hardware and detailed instructions are included.

Do you provide installation services?

Can I Change My Address?

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Orders can be canceled; however, cancellation fees may apply depending on the order status. Products enter production 48 hours after the order is placed, so please contact our customer support team as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Returns & Warranty

How Can I Return My Order?

If you would like to request a return, please contact our customer support team for instructions. Note that for non-defective returns, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

What if I received a damaged or defective item?

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours and provide photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or an appropriate solution.

Do you offer a warranty?
