When will my order shipped?
We will process your order within 48 hours after payment.
How long will it take to get my orders?
We have set up five warehouses in the central, eastern, and western regions of the United States to ensure timely delivery. For products that are in stock, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Over 90% of U.S. regions can receive the products within 3 business days after we ship them.
How Can I Know My Order Status?
You can click "Track My Order" in the footer to enter the inquiry page, then fill in your Tracking Number or Order Number to track your order status.
Do you ship overseas?
No, we currently only offer delivery within the U.S. (excluding Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam, and Armed Forces addresses).

How Can I Cancel Your Orders?

Returns
How Can I Return My Order?
Please email us at support@alivinghome.com with your order number and the reason(s) you want to return.
- Once we receive your email, our Customer Service Team will contact you within 24–48 hours.
- Photos or videos may be required to clearly depict the issue for damaged or defective products.
- If your order is eligible for return, we will inform you of the return process and any potential shipping fees.
- We will coordinate pickup with the delivery carrier (some products may require self-return).
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 48 hours after we receive the returned products. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 20 days to receive your refund.
What if I Received a Defective Item?
We strive to ensure that every order arrives safely and securely. If your product does not arrive in perfect condition, please report the issue to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery.
Please refrain from discarding the damaged item and its packaging. Once the issue is confirmed, our Customer Care Team will provide the best solution, which may include a refund, replacement, or repair.
